I must tell you that if the stars were for how the employees treat the customers, they would have 5!! However, the over all is a different subject. I get the pre weighed half ounces and the quality of the product is great!! But the last 2 bags, had more stems on it then buds. Not OK.

I recently visited this dispensary hoping to purchase a "Clear" brand cartridge in the "Strawnana" flavor. However, the budtender steered me towards a different brand without confirming my choice. The paperwork and receipt were placed on top of the product, which prevented me from verifying the purchase until I was already in my car. Upon realizing the error, I immediately returned to the dispensary, but they refused to exchange or refund the incorrect item. The staff blamed me for not checking the product before leaving, despite their failure to ensure the order's accuracy from the start. This experience felt like a bait and switch, and the lack of customer service was extremely disappointing.

Drive thru option is great and time saving! J-ME was our budtender and helped us with everything. We like stopping into this store when we are in the area. High Plainz has great deals!
