LOVA Canna Co – Colfax Dispensary

Turned me away because my ID which is 100% scannable has a crack in it. What’s more is the counter person said it won’t scan if there’s a crack in it, which is just a weird LIE because it scans everywhere else in Denver just fine. Then they backpedaled, saying they can’t accept a cracked ID, with zero explanation, followed by “sorry I don’t make rules”. Regardless of the company policy on IDs, the way it was handled was dishonest and just weird, considering I’ve never had my ID denied ANYWHERE.

Server had the nerve to actually say he hated his job several times over having to adjust a mistake he made. Where do you find these clowns? Get people in that actually appreciate having such an EASY job. The entitlement on full display is disgusting. Mediocre products, nothing special in the hellscape that is Denver.
