Super freindly and intelligent staff. It's usually not too busy, but they move the line fast the few times it has been. They have good deals on joints here and sell by the gram if you ever need. In case my future boss reads this, don't worry I don't smoke the reefers, I just come here to get my sick and elderly grandmas medicine. Shout to Gam-Gam!

Great bud just look between med and rec! Friendly staff. Bud was fresh and quite dense. Price was average for big and normal size bud.

It’s sad to see what has happened on the medical side. I’ve been a member for years, they built the company thanks to medical patients. Now it seems recreational is where they put an effort. They used to have their own organic grow, now that’s gone. Today they didn’t have enough flower to get half oz. On medical side. You can buy recreational with a 10% discount but I left, the awesome vibe it used to have is gone. UPDATE: A defiant improvement from 8 months ago. Bud tenders were helpful and friendly. A good selection of flower and my favorite gummies. And a great discount for signing up as member.

Blanca got my order wrong. I asked for the 5 for 20 deal and left with 3. Did not feel heard as I needed to repeat myself multiple times and still left with the incorrect items

I deleted my bad review because it seems like they got rid of a girl who was a huge problem! Thank you for taking care of that problem. The way I was treated by her for trying to do my job is insane. Don't usually go out of my way to leave bad reviews unless it seems necessary. I updated mine to 4 stars instead of 1. I would try this place out now that I know she's gone.

I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience at Ascend. After being referred by several friends, I expected a welcoming and professional environment. Instead, the atmosphere felt disjointed and uncomfortable. What was most off-putting, however, was that an employee — was actively trying to sell his personal Pokémon and Final Fantasy cards while working. I come to a dispensary to purchase cannabis, not to be pitched unrelated side hustles. It felt unprofessional and completely out of place. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was far from what I’d expect from a reputable dispensary. Updated: The owners don’t care about customer feedback, I emailed what I was told by an employee at the store was the owners/ managers email to talk about my experience and I never heard back from them, not only do they have super low stock on there products there employees are rude and don’t care to try and help walk you through the different options: DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL TAKEN CARE OF!!

I had an awesome time at this store on Saturday. Customer Service was amazing, the two ladies were very knowledgeable in helping with the products. I highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Fair prices. Fair smoke. Wouldn’t be a fave of mine, but it’s def not a bad spot to shop if you are in the area and needing the fix. Flower smells awesome but they are M&M sized nugs lol. Carts run ya $35/ea out the door for live resin. Not a bad price and tasty. This was on the medical side. Staff was nice and friendly, store was clean and easy parking access.

Definitely will be back, it was a great experience and all my questions were answered about some edibles to help me sleep. Would recommend to all I know.
