One of our dogs was suffering from joint pain so we tried this product. We were having great results and could see he was becoming more active again and in less discomfort. We reordered several times without issue. This past order was placed on December 23rd and still has not been shipped. I have emailed them 3 times now and tried to use their chat box they offer on their website. I have gotten zero replies back and am unable to cancel my order online. The product is good however the same cannot be said for the customer service. Now I am out money with no way to cancel the order and it seems as though I will not be getting the products I paid for anytime soon. My dog is slowly becoming less active again and I have to find an alternative.

EDIT: I never heard back from customer service but did finally receive my order.
