This place is usually the go to they got a cool manager there but it seems lately if he’s not there I get awful customer service and now it’s at the point where they got an open sign flashing on and the door locked no further communication posted outside as to why, this is a mediocre way to run a business if I were the owner I would have been fixed that immediately.

Been a customer for a few weeks, the store manager Ron is very straightforward and honest. My buddy came in for a new setup today and he hooked him up. Will continue to be a loyal customer! *EDIT* Rob has since moved stores, selection and prices are still great but, with new management customers could be treated a little more respectfully.

Is it normal for all the employees to be straight d!(ks, well it is for this store, teach your employees how to be helpful! I literally carried on a convo with my self and when the employee did interact it was super rude and acted like they was disgusted I was there! Fix your employees attitudes or y’all will end up out of business

Have been shopping here for the last month spending $25+ a day, I let 2 different employees know I received bad product and they refused to make it right, being a loyal customer you would think they would do better but as they say it all comes down to money, sad part is I have recommended this place to all my friends and some others and now I have to reverse my recommendation to those people, for any future customers I hope they step their game up and do better, will NOT be returning!! I did give 3 stars but only because the store it’s self is clean and well organized.
