The receptionist and security guard were also helpful, knowledgeable and kind. There are small amounts to try to see if you’d like something and I appreciate it

I really enjoy coming to purchase the things I need. Staff members are incredibly helpful and nice especially Nia. She has always been kind and very helpful. The security guards are awesome as well. I would definitely refer my friends and family. I want to thank all staff members for the kindness and help.

I enjoy the professional and personal vibe at Jova. This is my second visit and Nyla helped me both times. I always have lots of questions and she's very helpful and friendly. I'm always pleased with my purchase. She's a great asset, especially for your female guests. Great experience 💫

Entry to the shop was safe and professional. It was my first time visiting, enrollment was fast. Kelvin, was very knowledgeable of the products, plus took the time to explain the different levels thoroughly. I was totally satisfied and will be back

Arrived a few minutes before doors closed for customers but the security guard went above and beyond to help us get in. The front desk member was also incredibly helpful as well as the staff in the back. Definitely will continue coming to this shop.
