Keri is a nutritionist who makes healthy recipes, but they are also delicious! I don’t know how she does it! She inspires me to get in the kitchen and make healthy food for my family.

Keri is always great. I really enjoy her classes and the recipes are delicious. She gave us a lot of information beyond the handouts.
The variety of classes offered are very good and as a vegetarian, there are many options.
