With horrible, rude staff (that berated me after selling me a defective cart), and insane, inflated market prices far beyond what you could get elsewhere in locations you'd assume would be more expensive, this is without a doubt the single worst dispensary I have ever had the misfortune of patronizing. Seriously, take your business elsewhere if you value fair prices and a customer service experience attaining the bare minimum of decency and professionalism which the staff here categorically lack.

came to the shop a month or two ago and had a great experience but came back today the customer service was just awful. dont know who the staff was but I didnt see the girl named rose who helped me the first time. made me feel so welcomed and comfortable in the establishment. hopefully someone similar comes to redefine the business.

Terrible experience every single time. They never pick up their phone. I just tried calling a few moments ago (4/24 at 2:43pm) to confirm if they were accepting card payments today and no one picked up. I walked into the shop a few minutes later (a tall man) and he is actively ignoring the phone. Their internet is always “down” so they can allegedly only accept cash payments. Finally, as other people have mentioned, the prices continuously fluctuate for low quality flower. You’re definitely better off going literally anywhere else in D.C.

I come here because I live in the neighborhood. Brookland will be better served when this business closes or improves. The quality of flower is low. It is 60 dollars for 3.5 grams and on Georgia Avenue it is the same price for 7. The pictures posted are not accurate and misleading. The business is dirty, they don't accept debit cards because of broken software, the point system is no longer available. The lights are completely off and you will buy your flower in the dark. The only light is the window. When I asked if the business was finally going out of business, the response was no. I was told I ask a lot of questions!? There is one person only in the store, creating a safety hazard. Often they don't offer more than one option of flower. Go somewhere else, the owner is taking advantage.
