Maggie is amazing. Understanding and recommended a great vape flavor after I came back to trade out for a burnt one I bought the day before. Recommended a cool preroll too. She’s great

Just got a 2500 Escobar that lasted 3 hours before it died. They won’t exchange or refund and can only offer a 5% discount. I will not be a return customer. J & JR Smoke shop gives me two days with a receipt if it’s faulty and I’ve never had a faulty one before. So not cool. Waste of $22.

Today I went in to make a purchase. I approach the item I want and the cashier does not appear like she is going to come assist me. So I politely say “Hey may I pick one of these up?” And her reply was beyond disgustingly rudely “Yeah, if you wanna pay for it.” Really strange and uncalled for behavior, especially when unprovoked. I don’t imagine I’ll be back to any of their locations because it’s not the first time I’ve been disrespected by one of their employees
