First time customer so I made it to the counter and the lady laughed at me and said listen you place your order at the kiosk menu you walk rite buy and when you come bsck around you won't have to wait in line... so I can say they really took care of a first time visitor who happened to make a purchase that went as smoothly as possible be prepared if from nh there are always a tax somewhere if you are paying with debt card there but you can place a pick up sp pay attention and you can get some great deals if you watch for them!

Check your order before you leave. Just because you place the order at the kiosk does not mean you will receive what you ordered. Tonight we happened to be near by and thought we would pick up from here. We placed the order at the kiosk which tonight offered 5 for $90. My bill dropped from $25 to $18 and didn’t think more about it when I got to the counter. He told me it was $120 which I thought was expensive with tax but again didn’t think much of it. We live about 2 hours away and I noticed I was charged for 4 carts at $25 each and only were given 4 of the 5 I ordered. I assume they know the deals they are offering and I’m just confused on why they wouldn’t let me know that it’s 5 for $90 instead of just erasing one of my items from my order so it cost me more in the long run. Honestly kind of slimy and won’t want to visit again. I definitely learned my lesson and I’m trying to give awareness to someone who may need it. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

Amazing product at more than fair prices, and clearly a well run establishment. To save time, be sure to place an order online, and pay with cash if you can too avoid paying unnecessary fees. The staff was quick to help, and fast at service, especially considering it was one of their busiest days of the year! Definitely made a repeat shopper out of me!

I have been going here for years and they have changed their lab carts. I use the one gram and they made a recent change to the design of the cartridge. I had to go to the emergency room and they told me the cannabis’s could have caused this. Since the change I have not been feeling well using them . I will not purchase from you again .

Great place with a lot of character. Staff are warmhearted, friendly, knowledgable, and sociable people who are disability, minority, lgbtq, trans, and human-centric. Unlike other dispos in mass, this dispensary follows through with their word of promise to the customer (customer service!!!!!) And does it with genuine kindness, never forced. I wasnt too happy about the tight quarters or the need to shuffle yourself in a line like an ant..... ugh! So many dispensaries do this... so i took off a star for the looks, but, the ceilings are tall, and they have cool artwork. Your visit will be worth it! The bud is very good, great variety.... no messing around here! 💚💪✌️🤙🇺🇸

I normally am fine with my experience here, everyone is nice but the prices are way too high. I spent $80 on a cart just for it to way to big to fit in my cart. Why do they even sell them in this size? Why don’t they tell you it’s wide instead of long? I’m out $80 now unless if I want to drop another $80 on a new pen

The place used to be great but lately it has started to decline with the absolute patch parking lots and nobody around to direct traffic it's just pure confusion. Then they tell you you have to order online yet you have more people that get in line in front of you that are just showing up ordering on the kiosks and then to boot they don't stock enough batteries to even support the cartridges that they want to send you 10 mi away to another dispensary I think I'm going to start looking for somewhere new

Wow! I have been a member since you first opened. I have always been impressed with your staff and their kindness. Sophia L. is so kind and so informative and knows your products. She always takes the time to educate me and guide me in the right direction. Even when I'm in that big long line, sometimes she will say "Hi Laurie!" She's always doing something to make you feel special, like a little artwork on your receipt for example. You are very lucky to have her as an employee and I'm lucky to have met her. I thank you all for what you do every day.

Went for our first visit here today! The parking was no problem. After check in, we were greeted kindly by a couple of team members and guided to pickup section. Picked up our products and we were welcomed by a few more members. The visit was a 5++ Stars in my book. Thank you to everyone, see you again soon. 👍

I shop at this place often, staff are friendly and helpful. Business is clean and organized. Crew is fast and organized as this is the busiest dispensary I have ever been to. Sundays they have amazing deals. Recommend, ordering ahead of time. Schedule for curb side pick up. As this is a very busy location.
