Every other place I try (because I'm in that area). I have walked out of 2 of them for multiple reasons. Insa in Avon, MA is my favorite go to for my products. Shout out to Crystal who is ALWAYS so helpful. I literally wait until she finishing with someone else because I love working with her on my order.. #INSA

I had a nice experience here as a first time medical customer. The place was decorated so nicely, and my budtender Elson verified and went over my order with me before I paid. I got 5 prerolls and chocolates for under 40! Insa gave me 50% off on top of their holiday deals. It was a super easy process, I was in and out. It's a great location for medical patients.

Had my first experience today visiting Insa Avon. I met Melissa & Kathy and they were so welcoming, gave me every discount option & signed me up for future discounts. Melissa listened to what I needed as a patient, made recommendations and was overall warm, friendly and fully present during our whole conversation, I went for high-dose edibles and will be returning as a regular for all my patient needs. I look forward to trying their flower and other edibles. Plus the store is beautiful and they have affordable gear too. Kudos to their live moss displays AND all the cool glassware! The place is great and very affordable. Thank you Melissa & Kathy at Insa....

The “weed witch” Crystal is the best, she helped me yesterday and gave me her honest opinion about what concentrates were good and what concentrates just really weren’t it. I definitely owe her one. I tried to tip her & she said she couldn’t accept it. What an honest establishment with amazing employees! Also her dog is the cutest.

Special shoutout to Crystal who was the only Budtender on the floor on the busiest day 420! She is simply AMAZING and knows her product! She always makes you feel comfortable and definitely knows her customers! INSA, I hope you know how amazing she is! Always makes me leave with a smile and makes me want to come back! Crystal needs to be running your store in Avon! Because of her, we always want to come back! Thank you for making my 420 Crystal!!
