The service provided was super friendly, very accommodating, assertive, and good quality!!!! I’ve used this company before after landing at the airport from the worst possible solo trip! 3 weeks in Spain(crazy racism)& London by myself July/Aug 2023!!! 7 hours later from the UK, jet lag & all, I was happy when the mini van was parked waiting to deliver my purchase! The two that delivered my package, which whom I remember still. Both were extremely funny & nice! Especially with me feeling weird about the delivery process. The assurance they gave on being discrete set me at ease.That’s what I call leaving a first impression. Today’s delivery though, topped the first delivery! Being in remission along side hormones all over the place from meds. And of course all other life factors mixed in…. Didn’t want to be outside today… To make up for everything I was given above and beyond service!!!! By the staff member answering my numerous phone calls… You know the whole saying when you’re on a call with a customer “smile through the phone” 🗣️SHE Nailed it! The owner himself made my delivery in which I didn’t know until I called the customer service to recommend some kind of recognition… I guess we can say he’s entitled to a vacation himself. Hopefully his will turn out better than my last one!!! Point & case order from here!

Ordering was fine, and ultimate delivery was also fine/good. But when I ordered (in late afternoon), your site offered a Delivery Window of 6-9pm that same day, which was perfect. Yet after I successfully submitted my order, I got a call later saying they were not delivering that evening, and to pick another time... If that's the case, then don't offer it on your website!

Had a small glitch when ordering but it was solved immediately as soon as I called customer service! I forget the reps name but she was very knowledgeable and made the process an absolute breeze ! The delivery driver Tony text me with a ETA when he was 20 minutes away from me and informed me of my orders total and to have my ID ready perfect t minus 20 mins and I think to myself what a world we live in now I can order legitimately anything I can think off on the internet and not even leave my house and someone will deliver it to my door ! Next thing I know I get a text from Tony that he is outside with my order …….. out the door I went and in a very polite friendly manner he processed my order and was back on his way ! If you need a bone a blunt or sack of grass and are 21+ DOOBIE is the only way to go! 20/10 would recommend ! Thank you again polite customer service lady you made things a breeze sorry I suck with names 🤦🏻‍♂️ thank you Tony you have a great attitude and we’re a joy to deal with ! All in all DOOBIE IS THE ONLY WAY to get the best goods delivered straight to your steps!

got my first delivery through them yesterday and Samantha was absolutely fantastic. their card reader has been down for a few days and i was having trouble getting over to the bank to get cash and she was so accommodating and helpful through everything! she was absolutely fantastic. the prices are right, delivery is quick and on time, and the employees seem amazing! absolutely would recommend to anyone. super easy process
