I can't say enough good things about Aldrin. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome. He guided me through the top-notch selection—everything from premium edibles to the impressive array of CBDs. The store's customer service and workers like Aldrin set them apart from others. He offered personalized recommendations and genuinely cared about ensuring that I had the best experience possible. I've never felt rushed or pushed into buying something wrong for me. His attention to detail is also seen in the clean, well-organized layout of the store, making it easy to find what you're looking for. Five stars!

My fiancée had a great experience at Nova Farms Dracut, all thanks to Jordan. She was super helpful and really knew her stuff. Nice spot! The environment is welcoming and hip! You need ID to even access the building, which is great. Once you walk in, you're greeted by a staff member who ask you if u need help and direct you to a menu if they can't help u immediately. Good music in the air and great displays. It's not a bad spot at all! Prices are decent but could be better, hence the 4 stars.

I visited your location today,, and find your employees engaging and helpful. The young lady that served me, Jordan was very helpful and friendly. I have had the opportunity to be served by Jordan in the past, she goes above and beyond and does it with a smile and a thank you. She is a real asset to your business

Price is cheap, but don't bother pre-ordering. By the time you make the trip they will have sold what you ordered and received a confirmation for. I paid before they realized they didn't have my stuff, so I was forced to take lesser products. Plenty of other better organized places.
