I can only review my communication with them, or should I say lack thereof... They originally replaced the roof of my home for the previous owners. When I noticed a pretty bad leak, I called them first. Then called again, and again. After 3 messages I finally got a call back - he remembered the house and would take a look that week and get back to me. Well, it's been at least 4-5 weeks since, and once again messages have been left multiple times with no call back.

If you have a leak, you want/need someone that's going to have a sense of urgency..

I really had hoped this would've worked out, as he seemed very personable and nice on the phone, but that's just not enough to excuse the utter lack of communication and follow up.
