Be extremely careful here. Everytime we used our card here it got stolen and charges came up in Madison Heights and San Fransisco a lot of Chipotle charges. 3 different times about 10 minutes after leaving.

I spent $50 and some change in the store. I bought a purple ooze pen as you can see, along with this cartridge and 2 nicotine juices, now when I say I take care of my stuff. I take very very very much care of my things! so I know this wasn’t my doing, the cartridge has a chip in it. I called the store and the man says there’s nothing I can do for you they stopped the warranties for them it no longer works I can’t do anything for you. Like seriously? most smoke shops would be like oh I’m so sorry why don’t you come in and I’ll give you a new cartridge on me just because they don’t want to lose a customer or customers this is ridiculous. I went there because I seen a lot of good reviews, but, now, now because of that because you want to be stingy with your products when you don’t get many people in there to begin with blows my mind good riddance to your unprofessional shop

Let's just get this out of the way, the shop seems fine, looks great, and is pretty chill. The non-owner employee (older guy) is really nice and great to talk to. He seems to really enjoy selling the stuff they have there. We bought two batteries and some paraphernalia. When the second battery stopped working within a month of buying the second battery, I took it back up. The same guy said that he couldn't do ANYTHING as it was against store policy. He seemed genuinely remorseful but could not help or even give a discount on another. He convinced me that the product was reliable enough that I could take a chance on another. That's when a middle aged man (presumably the owner) came charging out and screaming at the top of his lungs about how he was watching the camera and was just losing it at the employee over some grievance he had. I barely understood what he was saying. I have worked a lot of customer service in my time and I have NEVER seen someone treat an employee this horribly. I can't imagine why that guy still works there. This was borderline assault. I have never seen such an unprofessional display in my life. Please do not give this kind of a place money. No one who treats their employees like this, especially in front of a customer, deserves your money. I promise, there are better businesses out there. Don't let the polish fool you, a monster works here.

Sunni, Don and Zed are all great guys. Always willing to help. If they don't have what you need it will be ordered and you get a phone call like your family the banter back and forth is always great. Fair prices and never had a problem returning anything that may have had a manufacturer's default or issue. Five stars isn't enough.
