This Pharmacy is very friendly, fast, professional and a pleasure to visit. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend changing all your prescriptions to Good Living Pharmacy!!!! Just as I did!!

The staff are very fast at getting prescriptions ready, tried all the other pharmacies in Salem over the years and this one is the best by far.

I just switched to this pharmacy. I was with Westmorland for years, but they are now a compounding only pharmacy. They transferred their customers to Kroger Pharmacy on State Street in New Albany, and it's been a literal nightmare dealing with them. I'm grateful to have found Good Living Pharmacy. Local pharmacies are always the way to go if you want polite customer service and pharmacists who are willing to do whatever they can to help.

Worst pharmacy ever. I was told and so was my doctor's office that my meds would be filled when they were due. So my meds were transferred over. Well once that happened I was told I couldn't get my pain meds filled until I established myself as a patient and had something that wasn't a controlled substance filled first. So I went two weeks without my medicine to jump through their hoops only to be told again they wouldn't fill my medicine. When I asked why I was told that they weren't accepting new clients and refusing to fill them for the second time. So two different excuses was bad enough that I called my insurance company and they gave my insurance the same bs and told the insurance lady that they were filling clients who had been there longer before new patients due to the shortages. So now three different excuses. I had to drive to my doctor's office just to get them to help me find a pharmacy that would take my prescriptions and actually fill them and made that poor girls day harder by making her realize that all the new patients she had sent there weren't going to get theirs either because this pharmacy is full of BS and lies!! WORST PHARMACY EVER! No patient should ever have to go through withdrawals because they want to play games but I did and because of that I would give them a 0 rating. If I could. Never again will I step foot into this pharmacy, at least not the one in Salem IN.

This pharmacy still gives you that small town yesterday feeling while maintaining all the modern availability needed for the modern age . Friendly, excellent follow up, no long waiting congested areas.
