Vapiorwize has a decent selection of mods and an okay selection of tanks. They do have a large selection of juice. My biggest issue with them is their pricing. I understand they are a business, so the mark up is going to be high for them to make money. However, you can go online and get everything in there much cheaper. I think this place is probably good for people who are new to vaping. But, I hope you encounter a staff member who actually knows what they're talking about. Some of them do, some of them don't. Customer service could be better.

Great selection, great staff. Staff is very helpful in finding you exactly what you need for good prices and they have a huge option of house e-liquids. Store also has a rewards program which is nice. I've tried other locations of Vaporwize and this is the one I love most!

Very good selection on juices & Topher was in today & after talking with him a few minutes about juices & vape products, he is very knowledgeable about ALL things vaping! I’ve been to other vaporWise’s in the Memphis area & this one has grown to be my favorite! If your new to vaping(like me2yrs), hopefully you go there when Topher is working that day because he will actually try to guide you in the right direction & get you set up with the right products & juices for you, instead of trying to sell you something much more expensive like I’ve seen many other vape stores. Not saying other vaporwises just other vape shops.

Won’t be shopping here again. Showed up at 845 (they close at 9 and the sign said Open). There was a piece of paper on the door that said “Bathroom be right back”. I knocked on the door and stood there in 38 degree weather for 15 minutes, nothing happened. At 9:02 the employee (pictured) comes out from the back, takes the sign down, and walked away back to the register. I knocked on the door several times and he didn’t respond. I knocked a bit harder and he looked up briefly, then went back to pretending he didn’t hear me. I liked that store and most of the employees. Went there frequently. I knew exactly what I wanted and would have been in and out in less than 5 minutes. Sad. Have to find a new spot to go to. Will be recommending friends to go elsewhere too.

My girlfriend bought a Vape last night(11-29-2023) and it was dead. She tried to take it back the next day (11-30) and the guy in the store was rude. He told her well that happens sometimes and we can’t control that. Refused to exchange it. What kind of company doesn’t stand behind their merchandise. This is an unacceptable business practice. It’s not even about the money. It’s about the integrity of the business. The employee was extremely rude as well. I will be contacting the CEO about this. It is unacceptable for a business to treat customers this way. Your customers are how you stay in business.
