Rick and his team reminded me why it’s essential to your health to be on first name basis with your pharmacist and staff. They go above and beyond for their patients. This is why supporting your hometown pharmacy (literally) is important, because they have you covered in ways that are absolutely detrimental to your health. Thanks again for doing your best so I can be my best.

Hate your new website ,I can not order my rx's on my laptop. Since I can't speak on the phone ,that is my easiest way to order refills. Was always happy before with their service not today., want to be able to order my refills online., might have to switch

Dear Rick and all the Hometown Staff. I wanted you to know that you and your wife make an excellent team! I have never experienced such a caring and considerate pharmacist. He always goes out of his way to make sure everything is right. You can tell he truly loves his job. That's a rarity these days. Your wife is awesome! Well I could go on and on. They treat Doctors and patients great here! I enjoy being treated like a human! Their otc selection is great too! It's a bit of a drive from Milwaukee, but saves you time & run around big chain stores do.
