I stopped into the store today as a buddy had recommended them. I walked in and a gentleman sitting in the office came right over and asked what he could help me with. I explained my friend had recommended the place and I did not know what kind of juice I wanted for my E-Cig. He took the time to explain what all the brands they carried and there flavor profiles. He must of spent over 30 minutes explaining the products he sold. This was quite amazing as the place I had been going to for over 2 years would not have ever done this. I settled on some flavors and then the owner also explained some of the Mods they had on display. When I was done checking out I was amazed at the total. I got 180ml of juice and the total was soo low. Needless to say I will be going here from now on! Great juice at a great price. The owner is amazing wealth of knowledge. I have to say the best experience I have ever had in a vape store! Thank you,

The people are great, the service is wonderful. As much as I wish I could give this place 5 stars, I’ve had not one, but two now, experiences where my mod completely dies less than 30 days after purchase. What am I told? To send it to the manufacturer in the hopes that they will reimburse or replace my mod in a couple of weeks through shipping. I had to laugh at that. I’ve never been told that by any vape shop. I’ve always been reimbursed or exchanged mods at other businesses. I feel kinda crumby leaving this review and it’s with a heavy heart that I’ll be walking away from a local business. But I would not recommend this place for anything past their juice and good company.

Above and beyond customer service in many ways! There is normal good customer service.. and then there are customer service experiences that just make your day better.. Vapor Pros, in my opinion, is a rarity in regards to exceptional service, and passionate and knowledgeable staff!

I had never been there before. I generally use a mod but I had left mine all the way across town so I had to buy a disposable that day. My dad (who doesn't smoke or vape) remembered having see the store so I went there. My point is, I bought an Elf Bar for cheaper than anywhere else I know of. They seem to have a great disposable selection. They certainly had a good Elf Bar selection. And, it was cheap...
