Well my first experience was bad buiuut I thought to give it another chance and it was way better. I'm sure it's hard to work night when your employee have life's during the morning and evening. Then they have to go straight to work at night. But if they can't handle it they need to quit or get retrained or get better attitude or
learn to act happy.
