I love the 404 Smoke Shops but this location the customer service is bad. No greeting. Associate stayed in her phone the whole time, even while checking me out. I told her have a good day and she was still in her phone. I would have purchased more but I went to the Union city location days later and got more items.

My first experience there was very lackluster and I was unimpressed but today Trent was there and I had a wonderful experience!!! He was very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously🥰 I definitely appreciated the help as he made purchasing that much easier. He’s an asset to the company and I hope they know it. If he’s there, he’ll definitely give you great customer service!!!

The service was pretty good considering they had only one server. The chicken philly was pretty good and the atmosphere was really good, nice old school music.

The same guy with an Afro was very rude. Reading the comments we all have the same complaint about the same person- thats crazy. I’m literally sitting outside the store in my car waiting for him to unlock the door and open back up. I arrived at 412 pm there’s a sign on the door says be back 430 so I return to my car, while waiting I notice the cashier with the Afro standing outside with his friends- smoking! Is this a lunch break or hang out break? I’m confused, I’m literally watching them smoke and joke around in the parking lot. It’s very much giving this place needs to hire new employee that will greet customers and actually enjoy working there. I come here alot because its close to home, and the ladies are always helpful.
