This place is not in business to help customers only to help themselves!! I purchased a Smok tank from them that leaked from the day I got it. I asked for store credit they would give it. Then the manager Rachel walked in and totally ignored the issue and walked out on me while I was talking to her. I was extremely generous, I was positive and wasn't rude in any way. I have worked with many Vape Shops and the y always do good business with the customers because you want them to return. I don't recommend this location or any other Xhale City location to anyone because that is not a business you want to deal with. I know they will try to convince me to remove this comment and I will not because I gave them a opportunity to fix this and they didn't. So if you want to spend your money with a vape shop do it elsewhere! They have no exchange or refund visible but nothing about store credit!!!

Selection wasn't great, and I'm surprised by how rude the employee 'helping' me was. I'm not coming back.
