Haley and Eli are the best!!! I've tried several vape shops in town, and every time I've visited this shop they have given first rate world class customer service. Plus they have great flavors in nic salts, great prices, and are knowledgeable. Thank you for being what every small business should be in this consumer world.

Great service. Sophie was the best. She helped me out so much when I needed it. Definitely am a fan for life. I love everytime I go into this store I always leave happier than when I walk in. They always know how to treat their customers. 10/10

I've been vaping for almost ten years and have very seldomly had such a similarly disappointing experience. Check your bottles before leaving the store. I recently purchased a bottle of Beard Vape Co. #05 from here and neglected to check the expiration date on the bottle before leaving. (As a consumer, I shouldn't have to check the expiration date, that's the responsibility of the business) Upon getting it home and vaping it, I noticed it was extremely bitter with a lot of throat hit, and the flavor had completely diminished to almost nothing. This happens when e-juice has exceeded its shelf life beyond a year past the expiry date. Sure enough, after checking the date, the bottle I purchased was over a year and three months beyond its expiry date. Most e-juices are shelf stable indefinitely, but they tend to become bitter, and the overall flavor profile will begin to deteriorate greatly when they age past the shelf date. I brought the bottle back in two days later, hoping to exchange it or at least receive a small store credit as most shops do not allow returns on e-juice. I hadn't used more than 1 or 2 ml's, so it was basically full. It's not like I vaped half of it and decided I didn't like it. It was just impossible to vape. The employee there was understanding and even offered some information that clarified the situation. Basically, what I was told was that the manager had recently gone through their stock of e-juice and gotten rid of a lot of out of date products, but had kept a lot of them on the shelf, probably because she heard that e-juice is technically "indefinitely shelf stable" and assumed that it meant that it can't expire, even after it's reached and then far exceeded the expiration date. Apparently, the manager doesn't give a darn if someone comes in and spends thirty dollars on an expired bottle of juice, and when that person complains about the diminished quality of said expired e-juice, she just tells them to deal with it. Just because it's "indefinitely shelf stable" doesn't mean it's fit for consumption indefinitely. The quality does deteriorate over time. If it's over a year expired, throw it out. Don't try to turn a profit on it. Not very ethical business practices. This shop is selling expired products full well knowing that they're expired and, although not dangerous to use when expired, they're not satisfactory anymore. These juices have become insipid and unpalatable, and the manager seems to have no problem selling them to unwitting customers, even after being informed on the matter. Not only that, but when I bought batteries from this shop, I had to specifically ask for a battery case for them. Everyone knows that vape shops should provide a battery case to any customer buying batteries without being asked because most customers don't know the first thing about battery safety and proper storage. It's just common sense when it comes to battery safety. I'm not sure if I had to pay extra for it, but they cost a few cents to buy in bulk. It makes no sense NOT to provide them to any customer purchasing batteries. Most batteries come in a case, especially if you buy in pairs. Overall, I would just not recommend this shop to long-time vapers. It's a disposable shop, if that means anything to you. I'm not posting this review to slam this shop, I just want other potential customers to be aware of the risk. I won't be shopping here anymore. I hate the feeling of being duped out of my hard-earned money. Which is exactly what happened here. If you only use disposables, then you're probably fine shopping here. But I do recommend quitting disposables and using something of higher quality. There are thousands of options on the market, and disposables are just expensive trash. Buy something that uses actual organic cotton for the wicks instead of that poly-filament garbage. Your lungs will thank you. If you do decide to get a pod system or a sub-tank, great. Just be careful and be sure to check the expiry date when buying your juice from this shop.

Blown away by the quality of this place. Joey was genuinely a pleasure to talk with - wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to upsell anything, and was immediately welcoming me as I opened the door. Hospitality here is A1. Never thought I’d say that about a vape shop. Thank you again for the awesome experience, Joey! After a 27hr drive, this interaction absolutely made my day.
