Customer service is something they have never heard of I guess as all their staff is extremely rude they do not answer their phones they simply just hang up the staff inside is atrociously rude and the product isn't even subpar at best. 10/10 I do not recommend wasting your time or money here.

Pure is my go to dispensary in the Springs! The staff are the kindest and most knowledgeable budtenders I’ve had the pleasure of helping me in the past decade that I’ve had my medical card. Melissa, Mercedes, and Joe can’t be matched! The selection from flower to concentrates to even accessories is always fun and affordable. The pricing is extremely competitive and the environment they’ve built draws me in on days I don’t even need to buy anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I like to shop around and Pure is consistently my favorite dispensary! Love the vibe, products, prices, and reward program, and I'm picky. So thankful they opened a new location closer to me even though it was worth the drive. Witches Weed, which is a high CBD strain, has helped my anxiety and PTSD immensely!

Top-notch dispensary!!! If you're looking for the best medical products/deals in the Springs then look no further and just come here; budtenders are always knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. There is a reason they just opened their 3rd location: they know what they're doing!!! Give them a try and check out their Sunflower grown in Penrose 💙🌻
