I made a trek out here expecting it to be similarly impersonal as my experiences going to head shops in SF. Not the case! The two women running the store were incredibly friendly and very informative. They knew the ins and outs of all of their products, and were honest in their recommendations--not just spouting out a list of the most expensive goods.

When I asked for supplies to clean my equipment, they provided brochures and detailed instructions on how to go about doing so. They love their job, they are excited about their customers, and it shows. Stores like these are the reason why I enjoy shopping in person vs. buying items on amazon. You learn, you have a great experience, and you get expert opinions on the products you hope to buy. If you're looking for a pleasant experience in the bay area, I would recommend making the trek here.

Cool little ol lady in there the few times I have gone. Nice little smoke shop if you're into that. It's got adult stuff for naughty play with your partner.
