I have ordered from this company 2×'s and the first was perfect, and the second was a couple days slow ( because they had to wait for back order to fill) ( but that one bottle still wasn't able to be filled), ( and yet they still made it right with me).( they refunded my money for that item and still gave me something for my waiting) I'm very satisfied. And they always respond when I email them. So 5 stars ***** for them. Thanks guys.

EJuice Steals is my go to company. I've used them for over a year. And eveytime, my order waa shipped and delivered as promised. The one time there was an issue with a batch of juice, the customer service department literally tracked ME down to come to an acceptable solution. EJuice Steals provides a level of customer service that goes beyond industry standards. If your buying your juice from another company.... you're doing it wrong.

DO NOT BUY HERE. This place will steal your money. I wish I read the recent reviews before my purchase. I spent almost $100 on their website. Never received the product. Emailed them, they asked me to wait. Weeks went by they told me to file a claim. At this point they have stopped taking my calls and no longer respond to emails. It's in the name, they will steal from you. Kyle, the "operations manager" is a liar. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

With the pandemic and the Commiefornia govt, it seems that vape and cbd juice have become a lot harder to find these days. My local stores haven't been having the selection like they used to, so I was forced to look online to order stuff. When I came across Ejuice Steals, I loved the site, but of course found mixed reviews, with some people loving it and some people hating it. I also came across the vape reviewer "Flava Chaser" who is popular and also loves ejuicesteals. At any rate, I went to place my first order thinking that if something went wrong and they wouldn't make it right that I'd just reverse the charge on my credit card. Upon placing the order, there was an issue because of the site - the age verification was tripping and it was holding-up my order. The next day when I saw my order hadn't shipped, I called them and spoke to Cody. He was super nice and helpful, and I immediately got a very re-assuring feeling. Long story short, they resolved the issue and got my order shipped-out that same day and it arrived a day later. So far I've placed two orders and have called them twice, and they seem to be easy to reach via the phone, and also very willing to resolve any issues. I can't speak for others who have had issues, and genuinely feel bad for them, but for my part I have the experience that if there is any issue I can call them and they will work to resolve it. The shipping isn't cheap, but the products sure are and in the end this place offers incredible deals and the best selection of vape and cbd juice I've seen.

2 year Customer $200+/Per Order I honestly don't know what happened to this place. they used to be on top of things you would always get order within 1-3 days but lately its been awful!!! this order I got 22 bottles 5 boxes of coils they had 4 boxes in stock and they kept my order 2 1/2 days because they couldn't find 1 more box in my order it cleary states refund what's not available which it should of been shipped on Monday it doesn't take 2 days to find coils guys come one now I have to wait until Monday to receive my "1-3 day" shipment more like 7 days now I have to spend extra locally until my order arrives some sale you guys had technically i ended up paying full price because of this mess up now i have to spend $60 for local juice on top of this order
