I’m a usual customer here, usually see the same people working there every time. Today, July 17th, 2024 at around 5 PM, I went in to grab my usual cartridge. All different staff than usual. Card didn’t have enough money on it, so I said one second and went to grab my cell phone from the car to transfer money from CashApp to debit. I was out and back in in seconds, with security guard watching. I come back in to the guard interrogating me and accusing me of trying to buy product for someone without a card. I explained exactly what I was doing. The bud tender debated with himself for a minute before deciding to go ahead and let me make my purchase. The third guy in the store felt the need to join in and preach the law to me, for something as simple as going out to my car to get more money. Even if I was hypothetically borrowing money from a friend to buy product for myself, that isn’t their business. My wife was simply using my phone to listen to music while I was inside. If I was intentionally doing something wrong, wouldn’t I have already taken the steps to be inconspicuous before I even entered the store? Just an overall weird interaction all together. Very accusatory considering by the time I went out to my car to grab my phone, I had already chosen my product, had it bagged up, and was at the end of the transaction. Why would I be going outside to ask what someone wanted if I was already almost done with the transaction? So strange. Debating whether I’ll be visiting this location again. Cashier’s name was Aaron.

Being 420 I was shopping for deals. While they did have great deals whoever was behind the counter confusing the workers made it an extremely awkward experience. Pretty sure it was the owner. The bud tenders were extremely helpful in getting a good deal. Owner not so much.

It was my first time at Re-Up and they did not disappoint. I was impressed in so many way. Their bud tenders were amazing. The young lady who helped me went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. They have AMAZING deals and will go out of their way to make those deals work for you. She was incredibly knowledgeable but not pushy. All around great customer service. I can honestly say their products, whether it be flower, edible, concetrates, you name it, they are going to be equally as impressive. Huge variety and wide pricing rages to fit any budget. New patients deals. I am absolutely impressed. I will be back for sure. ❤️

I’ve been in this dispo so many times and never have ever been more disappointed. I understand that they recently got in trouble for not checking a card and the manager had to be arrested, but it’s like they were trying hard to listen for one wrong thing I said to make sure that they didn’t do anything wrong. I went in with my daughter and husband and if I just asked him which cart he liked then we said something wrong and now have to do two transactions. Ridiculous. I should not have to feel like I can’t have a regular conversation with my husband without saying one wrong word. It’s overcompensating for a wrong action of one of their own. I will still use them, but I will certainly use them less from now on.

Terrible customer service, the people at 61st and Peoria are way nicer if that says anything and it’s the same owner. The girl working could not stand up or get off her phone to help me when I asked for something specific she said maybe over there, the guy outside standing with the AK is a little dramatic, maybe put him over at 61st in the ghetto where they probably need that instead. He wasn’t very friendly either. And I couldn’t mix and match deals on concentrates at this location- all of which is just kind of awful.
