So I normally leave positive reviews about my experiences and normally just move on and don't dwell on negative experiences. However this time I am going to speak up.
Yesterday I was shopping for a new Terp Pen. I was calling around to vape shops that I had googled. I called this retailer and asked if they had the Pen I was searching for, they said yes. I asked how much it was but they wouldn't tell me the price over the phone. They stated it was a store policy designed to encouraged the customers to come in and shop. I purchase stuff with cash so to me I like to be sure I am keeping enough cash on hand and the policy is a inconvenience. I went to the store and purchased the product, there was no way of testing the product there at the time before leaving as the product was not charged at the time I purchased it. The Pen ended up having a manufacture default and did not work. I tried to return it and exchange it for another one as it was less than 24 hours old, $60, and the manufacturers warranty said specifically that the retailer is supposed to replace it and then the retailer will be reimbursed by Terp Pen. STAXX completely refused to work with me to resolve the issue. In fact the employee went as far as to tell me that the Pen was working fine when clearly it will not hold a charge and is not working. So all the way around horrible customer service and treatment from two days and two employees. It wasn't a one time thing. It was also two store policy's. Buyers beware before purchasing anything from here and be prepared to called a liar to your face.
Edit- notice the receipt says $65
I paid cash and paid $60 even. I wasn't offered a receipt at the time of purchase. I requested a receipt and at the time was explained 'it says $65 because that's what it would have been if you had paid with a credit card'.....

Salesman tried to sell me on what he claimed was his personal favorite. I assume because it was twice as expensive than everything else. Needless to say, it was trash! I even asked if I could leave him a tip on the card. He said I couldn’t but I could leave him a google review. Probably wasn’t the review he wanted but at least it’s an honest one

For years I choose this shop due to their amazing selection,atmosphere and great customer service however my last experience has caused me to take my very insignificant business elsewhere. During my last visit one of the amazing sales staff gave me the wrong information regarding a product I purchased. As soon as I realized the error I returned to the store and after I logically explained his unintentional mistake I asked to exchange the product for something of equal value. He called the store owner and hopefully explained his mistake on the phone. The sad thing is that the owner did not offer to do the fair and reasonable thing. A shop shows appreciation for clients by offering solutions when mistakes are made by their staff. How a shop handles these issues shows if they sincerely value their customers!!!
