Huge improvement over the last three months with respect to wait times being cut by 80%. Extremely friendly staff. Only place with Tru Pods which are hands-down the best overall medical marijuana product and they have Khalifa Kush which is the best strain. This place has made recent changes and has hired more staff and the experience has improved overall.

I went to this location twice and not happy either times. I went 2 days ago & I bought 3 packs of pre rolls and a vape. I’ve realized today that one whole pack of prerolls is completely empty and I believe products are also mislabeled. I’m not sure if they will believe me but I was shocked to open the pack and find It completely Clean and empty.
Update: I went back with the empty container & Tyler, Manager actually gave me 2 replacements for the trouble ! I also ended up breaking my pen the day after & today he replaced my $70 vape pen for free. Mistakes happen but Tyler definitely pays attention, will take care of you & he has great energy! Definitely will be back!

All Trulieves should be shut down but, this is one of the worst. Long wait times, minimal employees, nothing but blatant corporate greed. Their products are mostly trash as well, mislabeling things online like percentages andterp potency levels is both misleading and dishonest.
This location in particular has extreme wait times and always seems to be short-staffed. I walked in here today and there was nobody to check me in. I waited for several minutes and nobody ever came to the front. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
