Hello! I am a medical marijuana card holder for the past few years and my name is Bernadette. Today was my first time calling in to customer service and I had the pleasure of receiving help from Theresa Tripolone and may I say she is a wonderful representation of your company. We were on the line for 45 minutes and she was so knowledgeable and patient with my questions and needs not only was she helpful she made me feel valued as a customer. Her help was way above and beyond and I want to let your company know she is a fabulous employee and I hope I have the pleasure of speaking with her again. Thank you Theresa!!

Kindra was great as was everyone else in the staff. Awesome, genuine customer service! Can’t ask for better! Gave the crew a pair of solar shades to experience the eclipse! Hope they got to witness it and I’ll always be coming back ☺️
