Usually everyone is really friendly and acknowledges you when you walk in but the girl working today doesn’t know how to treat customers. My friend and I didn’t get a ‘hello’ or ‘I’ll be with you’ so we stood there waiting for her to finish her casual chit chat while another customer was waiting a head of us. Then accused me of stealing when we walked out. I’m usually pretty patient but when you’re the only worker in a store it’s important to be mindful of people’s time and business. I go there a lot and never had a problem with any of the other workers. They’ve all been great. Went to Lucky’s on 21st Oliver and the lady was super professional.

I have gone here 6 times total now. 5 out of 6 times I haven't been asked to see my ID. The cashier checked out 3 people before me and didn't ask for their ID. It came to my turn to check out, and he asked if I had a phone number set up, I said no. He asked if I wanted to set one up. I said no, not today. He said okay well I'm gonna have to scan your ID. That's fine I told him I have the paper copy he said he can just see my old one so I pulled out my old ID and then he says you know what let me see your paper copy. I went to my car to get it, came back in, and gave it to him. I understand completely the need to ID someone when they are buying nicotine products, but why the inconsistency? This wasn't the first time that cashier had checked me out, either. If you're going to ID someone just because they don't want your stores rewards, then you need to ID everyone.
I don't want your rewards to poison my body at a cheaper rate. Work on your consistency.

Love this place, it's where we always get out stuff, hut they rearranged. They put the vapes I always get in back corner where I can't see any flavor. Staff are really nice though
