The staff at this medical marijuana dispensary are truly outstanding especially Alina! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and well cared for. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing or making me feel uncomfortable. They genuinely listened to my needs and offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to me. It’s clear they care about their patients and take pride in providing a safe, professional, and compassionate experience. I had been buying from a different dispensary for about the last year give or take. Switching to Rise was the best decision I've ever made! I got my first delivery today. I really have to emphasize my experience with Rise! My customer service experience: The people at the counter are incredibly kind & knowledgeable, the people answering the phones are the epitomy of respectfully helpful, and the delivery drivers, Lauraine & Steven, we've above and beyond to be friendly, kind, EXTREMELY prompt, and patient. Not only that but given I have transportation difficulties the $50 minimum for FREE delivery (within the designated area) is the best delivery deal within both Collier and Lee counties. Thank you to everyone at Rise who made my experience such a pleasant one from start to finish. I will be returning and recommending RISE to others looking for a quality dispensary! Happy holidays!

Awesome environment, ideal for people with anxiety who don’t like interaction much they have tablets you order and barely talk to people Unfortunate for me because I’d love to sit and talk to the ladies at the front. Shout out Loraine and Jenna funny and beautiful. Gave me great service, polite interactions and a smile when I left! Definitely coming back
