I wish we could all go back in time, before loyalty was suspended for nearly 2 years and definitely before the website was turned into whatever it is today. I will continue to visit until a closer newer dispensary opens this spring, for lack of a more convenient local option that isn't gas station weed. I've been a patron since day one but at this point, I travel downtown via public transport rather than walk 20 minutes to patronize The Forest. Prices online don't match what I'm charged in house. The website absolutely sucks compared to the ease of the original. The staff is awesome and I hope they find new homes before Spring. Support local, but support better local. I'd rather ride the streetcar with the suburban suburbanites than walk in peace to be overcharged and not be able to easily scroll a pathetic website. Thanks for years of awesome operation, but I'd rather go blindly into any other dispensary at this point. And yes, it is due to the website issues, mostly. This place was an absolute gem, but no longer.

I usually get taken care of by Kitty, but I have not seen her around in a while. The woman who took care of me tonight was amazing! She was insightful and helpful. Knew a lot of the products and had tried them herself. Loved coming this time and every time. The Forrest is always on point! And for no good reason, other than to bring a smile, here is a pic of Benny the Bulldog. He loves chillin with Daddy when he gets home from The Forrest!

I loved coming here until I was given the wrong gram of concentrate today. The bud tender was very helpful but was not paying attention or something and grabbed something that's not even on the menu and that I've had before. I got home and saw it was not what I ordered, called and spoke to a manager named Monica who upon trying to lie to me and claim what I had was what I ordered and I just didn't know and misunderstood the label. When I called her out on this she got frantic so I asked her to calm down so I could explain which then she treated as a personal attack. I know what I ordered and paid for and this is my medicine. I don't come spend my money here to be lied to and treated like I'm harassing people for trying to get a solution to an easy mistake. She told me if I didn't "want to consume the product I purchased" I could bring it back for an exchange or 30% off my next order of something not on sale. I already spent $20 on Lyft to get there and back Im not coming back unless you're giving me what I ordered for free? Jessica and every other bud tender I've had here are great but when management can't take accountability everyone deals with it. At the end of our conversation she attempted an apology and when I didn't accept it she lashed out at me again. As a nonbinary person just trying to get my meds being treated like an angry man when I was simply trying to get answers is very disheartening. I doubt I'll return unfortunately after I claim my discount and cash out my points, which are near impossible to accumulate to begin with.

I ordered a half ounce of C4 Member Berry flower. Surprisingly when I get there, the pick up window is open. They verify everything rather quickly, and I leave. Anxiously when I got home, rip open the bag to check out my nice buds only to find out it’s Shake!!! So upset! Immediately I call and explain that the price point was a flower price ($110 for a half) and it was also listed as flower online. The guy told me to screenshot what it showed online and come back in the following day when a manager is there to do a refund/return. But when I went down there, the manager who I spoke with went and called her other manager. Verdict was, since I had opened the bag, they wouldn’t do ANYTHING except offer me a pre roll. This place is an absolute joke. False advertising and not honoring the customer when they get screwed is ridiculous. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this is the final straw. Goodbye Forest!

I was helped knowledgeable female named Stevie. She was beyond respectful and very very knowledgeable pertaining to everything I asked her. Not just Stevie but the rest of your staff makes me want to come back there every time. Much appreciation. I usually visit your store 2 to 3 times a week to try out new strands of flour and the only thing I could ask from you guys is to alleviate the government from your operation, haha. When you lose that sales tax, you might just have the perfect store
