My absolute favorite place to go, everyone there is always so polite and very helpful, Adrianna helped me this past time, everything went very smooth, 100000000/10 would recommend, only place I even go anymore!

Unreliable hours, they close whenever they want, any sight of snow they definitely close, sometimes for the entire day and next day too. I placed an order (I use medically so it's critical) and they literally locked the doors as I was waiting outside and said they were closing hours early because of snow...umm we live in Ohio! And yes you wait outside until someone notices you and let's you in. Prices are high, Athens Debbie's HWC, and Carroll dispensary are usually cheaper so shop around before over paying and maybe call before you drive all the way there and find them closed. The people are pretty nice and chatty if you make it that far in there😂

Staff is unreliable and unhelpful at best. Opening time varies, depending on if they feel like working or not, and just claim there isn't enough people to help anyone. Yet when you do go in and ask for help, they are too busy to assist you with anything other than your order and getting you out the door. Visiting many dispensaries in several states gives a good view of how they function. This one is severely mismanaged.
