Well I haven't been there YET, but I can tell just by the way people are talking about this place and by the staff being SO generous in how they reply... They're not just some AI making stuff up or a bot that sends out prewritten, replies that everybody gets. And this is why: replies are honest & warm and full of empathy, compassion and patience. Exceptional qualities by far! Not to mention the strong business sense they have, which is a testament to their 4.9 stars as of this comment. 🤩 What i mean is NOBODY is more kind and sincere as this place sounds. It seems so many businesses out there don't even care anymore. It's REFRESHING when someone finally does! So kudos to u guys... CANT WAIT TO COME IN!

Don't take the last appointment of the day. I was 7 minutes late walking in the door, and they had already canceled my appointment after 5 minutes and closed the business 25 minutes early. I literally held the door open for the provider as she walked out the door but she was still unwilling to see me. No apology, No grace period, no phone call. I have been coming here for several years and have always had good experiences, which is why I am giving the extra stars, but I am really offended at the way I was treated.
I am editing my review, the business reached out to me with an apology and explanation, which is all I really wanted in the first place-to understand how I had screwed up to avoid doing it again. I appreciate them being so on top of it and looking out for their clients, this matches up more with the previous experiences I've had with the business. I can't ask for anything more from a business than for them to be so responsive to their clients. Things happen and good customer service is 5 star business. Thank you Kindly
