I've been coming here for quite a while now. I've talked to many of the staff. Many of the staff are actually quite awesome. However there are a few people if you're unlucky enough to get them... The service is not so great and they honestly just want you out as quick as possible, they will talk over you. And you better know what you want because they ain't gonna help. That being said 8 out of 10 staff members not exact just metaphorically are amazing. Just recently I found out that the reward system was down and I've spent a lot of money and not get a single point back. The person who admitted it to me today talked over me and pretty much pushed me out the door. I used to work in retail systems go down but it's about how you handle the situation and make sure that your customers who are paying good money are taken care of.
