I changed to myleaf from out of politeness I won’t disclose. The issues I had with my previous medical provider were very similar to other negative feedback I’ve read of numerous providers that as of late have failed to uphold decent standards for their patients. Myleaf is most definitely above the standards of many other clinics and the doctor I was given was very good at informing me on my medication and was very informed on all the current regulations and etc. their deliveries are also same day if ordered before 2 and they have a local dispensary option for an escript release. Only negative is their chat support is buggy but their customer service are very down to earth, efficient and very quick to help solve issues. I also got free lollies in my parcel once delivered which I thought was a nice personal touch. I highly recommend them as someone who had to research tirelessly to find the best medical provider currently.

I have come across form a different provider and have found me leaf to be professional and have a wealth of knowledge. I have learnt more from these Doctors than I have anywhere else they have the patience needs as the Number 1 priority Nina the receptionist at Stone corner has always been friendly professional welcoming and very easy to deal with.

I placed and paid for an order on a Sunday while my prescription was still valid. Because the clinic/pharmacy was not operating over the weekend, the order could not be processed before the prescription expired later that same day. I was then advised on the Monday that the medication could not be supplied despite payment having been accepted. An appointment scheduled to resolve the issue was cancelled by the clinic shortly before commencement due to regulatory constraints. While a full refund was eventually provided, the communication and handling of the situation (including cancellation and termination of care) were poorly managed and stressful as a patient. If services are not available on weekends, this should be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase so patients understand how prescription validity and non-business days may affect access to medication.
