I had the pleasure of being served by Nyoka. Her service was above and beyond, an immaculate professional. I also appreciated the service of the additional staff - from the security guard and snack bar attendant, to the two young women (one had a head wrap and piercing, the other had a ponytail - wish I got everyones names) behind the counter. The staff really made this place feel welcoming, and I would return because of their service alone. The smoke room - particularly the treehouse room - was my chill spot for the day. Highly recommend!

I called before going and the young lady was quite professional but relaxed she wasn't uptight or anything. Super helpful and when I arrived she was also the person who assisted me with registering and selecting my pre rolls which were on special. I love 💘 the products as well. I'm definitely going back

Great vibe - Great strains - Nice staff

Very cool experience and a glimpse into the future of cannabis cafes. Itopia was actually the third dispensary I visited in Jamaica and I was blown away by the experience. The seed to shelve strains they offer smoke really well and I was fascinated to learn how the supply chain system differs from the one that Canada operates under. Big ups to the Itopia staff for the tour and letting me nerd out a bit with them!

Better than all other herb houses in Kingston for sure. Relaxing, peaceful, quiet and very clean on those days I've visited. Love it
