Absolutely the best shop! Great prices and a vast array of products. The Customer service is unlike any other experience. Jacoby is absolutely knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond to help me with product selection and even more so when I had car trouble, they were kind enough to help me instead of leaving me stranded/towed and for that I am trruly grateful and will definitely be a loyal and lifetime customer. Thank you!

The two gentleman that helped us were polite from the start. They both shared their knowledge and made the experience friendly and inviting. We never felt rushed and or up sold just to make the extra dollar. We will be back.

Burn is by far the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to. Huge selection and everything is almost always in stock. If it’s not, they’ll order it for you quick and easy. Exceptional customer service and inventory. I don’t feel the need to ever go to another smoke shop!

Top notch! The construction headache on Shepherd is worth braving. Friendly, welcoming and knowledge staff. High quality products. The store is clean and has a happy energy. I will be back.
