Elevation

I've been going to Elevation for years, and have spent a lot of money at this store in that time. However, I will never be going back.

I purchased a product that ended up breaking within 24 hours. When I went to return it, they refused, claiming that it was my fault the product was broken. I've never returned a cartridge there, and was shocked to hear that they were refusing to exchange it for another product.

Honor your return policies, or just don't offer them.

Came from Ga. On a vacation/wedding invitation and stopped by this place. I thought I knew a lot about this thing and I was wrong . I saw stuff there I didn't know existed. The staff was very nice and informative. Great prices for the great quality. Definitely one of my places to visit again.
