I went in for gifts and Julie was more than helpful. She was very knowledgeable on every item that passes through the store as well as treats customers like family. Her handmade art was a treat to learn about as well.

They sold me a defective torch and currently won't accept returns. The asociate was absolutely clueless when it came to product knowledge. Go to West Seattle Smoke Shop instead because this place will rip you off and leave you high and dry. Would give it 0 stars if possible. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Customer service is not a concept enforced there.

Visiting Seattle and came in looking for pain relief after a vehicle accident. Gentleman was extremely helpful and kind, I cannot recommend this place enough

Low key cbd shop, low low pressure and friendly atmosphere. Sales lady was pretty chill.
