I went in looking for something as closely comparable as medicinal thc, since I'm from out state. They were very helpful, and the girl gave me a friendship bracelet bc of my taylor swift shirt. She was so sweet and kind. I would definitely go again when I'm in the area :)

I would stay away from all of their edibles especially since they do not respond to complaints/concerns. Who wants to shop at a place with no customer service after the sale? Bought two packs of gummies that were on sale. Was recommended one flavor over the grape because they were melted down. Guess what mine was melted down as well. So much so that the packages can’t even be ripped open and are absolutely useless. Cannot access the product that we paid for. Reached out and did so very kindly, hoping for a solution. No solution. Would have offered to ship them back on my time to simply get the product we paid for. NOPE. I recommend anyone else in town but these folk.

On 02-04-22 I had fantastic experience here. I went here to purchase a piece of glass for my broken vape which the guy was more than willing to go through his back stock to find me the right piece and also to suggest another shop of what I needed something that they did not have. Excellent customer service I will definitely be going back.

I can say that I went from regular gummy‘s at a vape store then I had to get my medical marijuana card went to the dispensary and I’m telling you that crap sucked so now I’m going back to these guys. They were very informative and they have the right products Which is what I was worried about so no worries there! And they let me talk and talk and talk so they were concerned about what I needed and I appreciate that

If you’re ACTUALLY educated on cannabis you know that what they have in the store is legit. I come from a rec state (Illinois) and have noticed no difference from the products I’ve bought here and back home. Everyone who works here knows their stuff and it’s a shame some people don’t have patience for learning.

Quality products at an affordable price. They had a bunch of deals too! Staff were very informative and the customer service was top notch!!! I ended up leaving with their chocolate dipped gummies. They were buy one get one free and tasted delicious!!!😋

My complaint is for the location on magazine street. If I could give them a zero I would. Which is sad because I have been here twice before and I had an amazing experience. Im not one to cry discrimination especially in new orleans cause I cant say Ive ever had an experience before but this was that time. We have come here twice already and the original people were nice so we decided to keep this one our main place to go too rather than the others that are close to me. On our 3rd time we got an employee we never seen before. A short red head girl with a green sweater was working on this day. During our time in their she kept starring at us from over the counter with an uncomfortable stare, even though there were others in there. I found it uncomfortable but I wasnt going to let it ruin my mood. I did keep looking back at here trying to figure why she was staring so hard. During that time 2 others were checked out quickly. By our time we went to check out she asked for ID. She ended up denying us because she would not accept a passport. Keep in mind I said before during our time in there, there were two customers that were in and out an the lady never asked for ID. So when she asked for mine it threw me aback, cause I know i look in my 40s, but it is what it is so we complied. I had my Id and my friend had their passport but she denied my friend because of the passport and denied mine because because they were with me, and then told us to go to another one of their establishments. Both government issued ID's clearly state we are over well over our 30s. And I know passports can be used as regular ID's. This short hair red lady just refused to sell us anything. She acted like it was a passport was wrong but then told us to go to another simply cannibis. Strangely the lady was shaking heavily while she was denying us. Dont know of she was scared or high on their own supply. Either way obviously I had a terrible experience and will find away to bring my complaint higher than this Uodate went to another location and no problem what so ever. But is it really a shock....

We were in New Orleans on vacation and my husband wanted to check out a THC dispensary that might have something to help him sleep. This store was amazing. Extremely clean and well organized with staff who were welcoming and well-informed. My husband explained what he had used in the past and they recommended some gummies from Frosty Hemp Co.
