I needed to purchase a cigar as a gift for a neighbor, however was not familiar with cigars. I wanted something nice but was not able to spend a lot of money. The owner personally walked me over and showed me his recommendations and why. My neighbor loved it and asked where I went, when I told him he said that it was his favorite shop, as they had the best selection with best prices and rarely needed to wait for assistance. It is a very clean shop that is fully staffed.

Purchased a product from this store and after looking into the product & and contacting the manufacturer of said product, turns out it was fake. Also count your change. I was maybe the 2nd customer of the day and handed the associate a crisp $50 and was given $7 back. I turned and said "That was a $50." He gave me a look, so I turned and settled in and returned the look in which he gave me the $20 that was supposed to come with the $8. I only added the last part about the change because you get the benefit of the doubt when your legit, but when you sell me fraudulent merchandise that benefit gets revoked. Businesses are like people, they both get treated accordingly.
