I’ve been going to Verilife since the Hunts Point days—back when they were still offering home deliveries—so I’ve seen this place through its location changes and eras. I tell this to pretty much everyone when I walk in, but it deserves to be said loud and proud here: this is hands-down one of the kindest, sweetest, hardest-working teams I’ve ever encountered in the service industry. Most of us who come here (myself included) are dealing with some pretty awful illnesses, and this medicine helps us cope. When you’re already uncomfortable, irritable, and exhausted, having people who give you even a few minutes of peace, warmth, and laughter truly means everything. Bola, Jazz, T, and Kev are ALWAYS incredibly sweet and helpful—consistently professional, pleasant, and genuinely knowledgeable. I’m always in and out in a timely manner, and they never miss a beat when it comes to specials or recommendations. I know I’m forgetting some names (I’ll collect whoever I’m missing next time and will write another!), but one person I absolutely cannot leave out is Dan. I was a complete novice when I first walked into that store, and he truly helped guide me on my journey. Always patient, always honest—and let’s not forget the elite music taste. Honestly, the entire team is just a vibe. It’s not always easy for me to get there, but how could I possibly be upset when I’m being helped by such amazing humans? Thank you all—truly. 💚

Great place to go when your a medical patient, especially from the lower bracket sociodemographic. Their vapes are bigger than any of the other dispensaries, one cartridge get you great for over a week. Their matter products are definitely up their as favorite strains offered in the city. My bud tender E*does know enough to give you that expertise in selection of product if you ask nicely. Their team manager does a great job letting you know of in store exclusive deals as well if you plan on heading to over there.

There’s so many positive things to be said about Verilife, specifically the Fordham ave location. In a nutt shell, the best experience I ever had at a dispensary. The entire staff exhibits professionalism and respect to all Patients. My experience has always been exceptional. Thank you to the Entire staff.

T and Ed are great people at VERILIFE on Fordham Rd in the BX! I have been a long time customer and will continue shopping there, especially with the new staff there so full of knowledge. The staff culture here is amazing! From when Erica greeted me at the door, all the way to checking out with Bryana G (who is an excellent budtender that focuses on what’s important to you. Wonderful experience!! Started with a phone call to confirm my discounts. I spoke with the pharmacist (forgot her name) and she was very informative and friendly and pulled up my order immediately. I got to the store and the two women at the front desk, whose names I neglected to get, were fun, engaging and friendly … they made me feel really welcome and comfortable for my first visit to your shop. They set up my profile and I was ready to rock!! The gentleman who helped me inside was named Kevin. Very cool, upbeat dude and showed me the products I ordered to confirm the order was correct. The pharmacist came out and introduced herself and I even interacted a bit with the other gentleman behind the counter. Great vibe from everyone!!! And … great product!!! I’ll come back even though I’m almost an hour away!! Thanks all!!

Ed and Angel were exceptional. They treated us with courtesy and respect and took the time to make sure we were well informed about the products and their uses. They answered any and all of our questions. We felt very comfortable with our selections. This facility has a good variety of products with comparable pricing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We would highly this facility, staff and products.

Best dispensary ever! The customer service is phenomenal. The staff is very knowledgeable about the different strains and provide excellent patient teaching. They have a great variety of product and prices are comparable or lower than their competitors. The store is also clean and spacious with easy access to public transportation. Finally, the sales! If you follow their site you can get great deals. I got ALL of this for $125! What’s not to love about this dispensary?
