This shop is absolutely the best in all of California and I'm not exaggerating. I go to smoke shops a lot, but in fact, I have not seen anything cleaner and more beautiful than this shop, especially the guys who work in it. They are always smiling and very kind, and their prices are cheap, and they always give me a license on every visit to them. I advise all customers to visit this store and get to know it, because after that you will not go anywhere else 😊

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!
The guy overcharged me on a vape, said it was $26.10, asked if I wanted a receipt, but I didn't,got in my car, and check on my phone it was $27.10. Walked back in and confronted him about it, he didn't even want to look at my phone to verify the over charge, hands me a dollar back. Instantly that says that he knew he got caught.
This may seem like a Karen post over a buck, but it's the principal of shady business owners and employees I won't do business again. I'll just replace you with cheaper products buying online.

I love this shop, always has what I need but who ever the guy was working 12/8/21 @ 3:30 was extremely poor at customer service. I never complain but he made me feel like me being in the store looking was a big annoyance to him even though I was spending a decent amount on a few things. Hopefully boss man sees this review and teaches his employee to give better service. I swear I’m not a Karen, it just sucked

They sold me a vape that wouldn't charge and when I tried to get it replaced the lady said no because I was supposed to try it before I left. Even if I tried it, it would have worked fine and I wouldn't have known the that it didn't charge until it died.... Days later. I understand the policy, but that doesn't make sense for circumstances like this.
