Made a trip here and it was an overall great experience. First the location is clean and well organized. You get checked in and you get helped right away. I got a discount for it being my first time shopping at the location. The selection was nice and they have nice people helping you out. Overall 5 star experience and i would definitely be back when im in the area. @rello420reviews 🍃

I was there today on 4-20, and it sucks. No free anything. You get 1 entry into a drawing for a goodie bag. Get this, they have to call you in 3 days if you won. Ru kidding me. They didn't even give out the free house joints that no one wants 🤣🤣🤣 Go to Mecca instead because they know how to do 4-20. The wait is way longer, but 4-20 at Mecca extends to tomorrow.

I didn’t even buy anything but I walked in asking if they taxed the weed (I was honestly just double checking) and I was told yea. So as a person that gets 14g of the best stuff in a regular shop for 65$ I said yea Nvr mind I’m good. The lady at the front seat proceeds to get offended and rudely tells me bye gtfo. So I turn back around at first to say something but I instead got done water, the security jumps out his seat like calm down a excessive amount of times. I just laughed at their whole operation. I see why they so tense they right in the heart of south centrals skid row 🤷🏾‍♂️

Definitely need to work on customer service I haven't been here in like a year went in today when I say my bud tender was already mad before I walked up not sure if the customer before me made her mad but she was upset she gave me a total on my item with fees we run my card it doesn't work mind you this what I used all the time when I was a regular so I understand how the debt works with them anyway she give another price it's wrong again now her face is showingmad she is but like she is the one telling how much it would be with fees so I move the money to pay it's wrong again her being mad was as clear day so much that her co worker had to step in from the other side to help she let me know what the price should be at that point she pissed me off but I stayed chill I went to ATM grab cash and just left didn't even go back in I recommend a shop a block or so away a little pricey but worth it to not have to deal with people personal problems crazy I literally stop coming to them due this other lady that was tripping and its a totally different lady the cold part is this same lady from today has always been laid back and chill in the past but like I said haven't been there in a year or more but definitely turned me off the way she way acting so I left they always been good to me but today was bad can't front
