First time here, did not know it was their 4th year anniversary (congratulations) so it was very packed. Deals were great, and even though it was busy, Alex took her time helping me and not rushing me. It helps to have an idea of what you want when you go in. All in all, I will be back.

Robert answered all of my repetitive questions and really took the time to explain in a way that seemed like he was genuinely eager to help and not the least bit annoyed, considering the line of people behind me.
