I ordered online. Wait time was 1hr 15 mins from 1:15 pm to 2:30 pm. Finally it hit 2:30 and it said my order was canceled. Apparently stupid girl who worked prior to clocking out cleared out all of the orders online to leave home quickly. Had to wait in line for no reason, poor management, they should really check online orders before anyone clocks out to ensure your order is ready and you don’t have to spend a extra 30 minutes when you planned on not waiting at all.

You guys should let your customers know not to park across the street. It is a scam and the tow. Truck drivers are making tons of money for people that come to buy your product, and they tow the cars and make them pay five hundred dollars to get them out of their tow yard.

Used to be a great & fast place but lately they only have like 3 bud tenders during their most busy hours. Making the whole experience taking close to 45min when I used to be in & out within 15 or 20min. I don't know if they're having problems hiring people or what. But now it's time consuming to just buy one pod. I might start going to the san bernadino location to see if it's faster service.

Been coming to this location since it first opened and honestly it just keeps downgrading for some reason. Most of the staff is not very helpful and seem to just want to get you out of there. Though, I always have a pleasant experience with Andrew, Paradise, Amanni and Maria! Definitely wait for them if you seem them around, they're very knowledgeable in the products and will tell you the best bang for your buck if you ask nicely. side note: it was soooooo hot in there today? I get it's summer and there's a lot of bodies in the store but do us all a favor and crank that AC. Especially when you got a line waiting out the door in this heat and employees that gotta deal with it for 8 hours........
