I usually love visiting Sprouts, but not this location. I've been going for the past few years and each visit I am more disappointed than the last when purchasing sandwiches from deli. Two weeks ago, I ordered two sandwiches, and both had rotten lettuce on them! The workers were also rude to me.

I went in there to get two sandwiches and it took 45 minutes. The lady that was there didn’t care, she kept talking to the other employees and chitchatting. Showing absolutely no urgency, even though people were waiting for their sandwiches. She kept muttering under her breath, and seemed miserable, but she shouldn’t take that out on me, it’s not my fault.

Totally hit or miss service bordering on the very friendly, efficient to the really stupid, rude (I was asked to wait at the back produce door and learned 15 minutes later that the staffer who went in to get something slipped out another door and forgot about me -- Westwood much preferred. The prices though can't beat for certain things

Nice fancy supermarket. The focus is on "natural" and "organic" products, so it's much more expensive than regular markets for things like pasta or yogurt, but they also have things you can't get anywhere else.

Help them grocery rescue...Another anti minority store in LA...judgey judgey judge judy...why so mean everyone they look at you like you're about to put a whole shelf into your bag...I mean yes rough neighborhood but like hey next time just shop with me girls I need someone to hold my hand while I shop...customer service needs help especially with self check out, leads, deli and security ...clean score is zero
