Mario is super awesome and such an amazing vibe to chat with! Super helpful staff usually I get serviced by Mario and others but truly this place is so chill and amazing friendly staff! They truly make u feel comfortable and not feeling pressured! As a store manager myself I can honestly say customer service 10/10.

I had wonderful experiences shopping at Sunnyside Buffalo Grove. Their accessories selection has the best options. I worked with Estell, Max, and Melissa and all were very friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond with their patient care services. Thank you for bringing the level of service that you did. Thanks to everyone at the front desk too.

Every time I come to this location, I ALWAYS leave with a smile. Kevin has personality and brightened up my Friday. Maddy was helpful and lovely. There is another guy that’s name is on the tip of my tongue but when I spoke with him last time, he was incredibly helpful, taught me a little more on terpenes and other things I never knew of. I felt like I’m amongst friends who share, laugh, and help me get what I need for optimal health. Big thanks to the Buffalo grove staff, you are all a truly special group.

When you talk about excellent customer service personality, genuine attitude jacqui & MAX aka Mad MAX is what I called them. They have some superior and genuine customer service skills and the most enlightening attitude. I have ran across in a while and a customer service-based job every time I come in, they are always great and extremely helpful. I love customer service like that and by the way, this goes to the manager of the store give them some time off because they are always their MAX & JACQUI Management. I think you should give them some time off with pay. They deserve it. They agree this is Marquise Signing out, they’re lucky to have them Two there

Been an Adult Use customer and fan of Sunnyside for several years now, but this was my first stop at this Buffalo Grove location. My Wellness Advisor, Kevin, was great! He seems new, as he was being trained by another great associate here, but he definitely has the personality to fit in any hospitality or customer service like industry sector, and, most importantly, he/they got us taken care of. The overall experience is what I’ve come to expect from Sunnyside! I will be back; highly recommend this location and Kevin!
